क्या है चमकी बुखार? क्यो होता है? कैसे बचें?

आइए जानते हैं ऐसे ही कुछ सवालों के जवाब, चमकी बुखार एक तरह का दिमागी बुखार है जिसके ज्यादातर शिकार कुपोषित बच्चे ही होते है। चमकी बुखार को एक्यूट एन्सेफलाइटिस या जापानी बुखार भी कहते है।

दिमागी बुखार क्यों कहते है?

यह एक संक्रामक बीमारी है, इस बीमारी के वायरस एक व्यक्ति से दूसरे व्यक्ति में मल, मूत्र, थूक, छींक के द्वारा आसानी से पहुँच सकते है। शरीर मे पहुँचकर खून में प्रवेश कर जाते है और बहुत तेज गति से रिप्रोडक्शन करते है। संख्या बढ़ाते हुए ये खून के साथ ब्रेन तक पहुँच जाते हैं जिससे ब्रेन की नर्व्स और सेल्स में सूजन आ जाती है।



जिससे सेंट्रल नर्वस सिस्टम में खराबी आ जाती है। अब आप समझ ही सकते है कि ब्रेन जिससे शरीर के सभी कार्य चलायमान है यदि उसमे ही संक्रमण फैल जाए तो क्या होगा।

लीची जिम्मेदार क्यों?

बिहार में हुई बच्चों की मौत लीची को भी जिम्मेदार माना गया। क्योंकि रिपोर्टस के अनुसार मरने वाले सभी बच्चो ने स्कूल में खाली पेट लीची खाई थी। डॉक्टर्स के अनुसार ऐसा कोई ठोस प्रमाण नही की लीची ही मृत्यु का कारण है। लेकिन माना जाता है कि कच्ची या अधपकी लीची में हाइपोग्लाइसिन ए तथा मेथिलीन सायक्लोप्रोपोइल ग्लाइसिन होते हैं।

बहुत समय तक भूखे रहने पर शुगर लेवल वैसे ही कम होता है उस पर अगर इस तरह लीची खा ली जाए तो शुगर लेवल और कम होकर जानलेवा रूप ले लेता है।



रिपोर्टस में देखा गया ज्यादातर बच्चो ने खाली पेट लीची खाई थी। चुंकि ये बच्चे गरीब परिवार के कुपोषित बच्चे थे इसलिए कमजोर प्रतिरक्षा तंत्र के कारण आसान शिकार बने।

चमकी बुखार के लक्षण

• शुरुआत में तेज बुखार आता है।
• सर के अलावा भी पूरे शरीर मे तेज दर्द
• जी मिचलाना उल्टी होना।
• इसके बाद शरीर मे ऐंठन शुरू हो जाती है।
• नर्वस सिस्टम कमजोर पड़ने लगता है।
• शरीर का शुगर लेवल बहुत गिर जाता है।
• बेहोशी के अलावा दौरे पड़ने की सम्भावना बढ़ जाती है।
• व्यक्ति दाँतो और जबड़ो को कस लेता है।
• घबराहट इतनी बढ़ जाती है कि कोमा जैसी स्थिति हो जाती है।
• सुनने और बोलने में परेशानी होती है।
• व्यवहार चिड़चिड़ा हो जाना।
• पीठ में तेज दर्द और कमजोरी
• शरीर मे करंट जैसे झटके लगते हैं।
• धुंधला दिखाई देने लगता है।
• सही वक्त पर इलाज ना होने से मृत्यु का खतरा हो जाता है।

चमकी बुखार हो जाए तो क्या करे?

• सबसे पहले तो बिना देर किए बच्चे को होस्पिट ले जाए ताकि जल्दी से जल्दी इलाज शुरू हो सके।
• हॉस्पिटल जाते ही डॉक्टर सबसे पहले हार्ट रेट, पल्स रेट औऱ सबसे जरूरी ब्रेन में आई सूजन की जांच करते हैं।

• मरीज के आसपास गैर जरूरी भीड़ ना लगाए,तेज बुखार होने पर ठंडे पानी की पट्टी रखे लेकिन केवल डॉक्टर के परामर्श करने के बाद।
• डॉक्टर कहे तो ओ आर एस का घोल पिलाए।
• इस बुखार में तेज प्रकाश से चिड़चिड़ाहट होती है तो मरीज की आँखों को पतली पट्टी से ढंक दे।

अगर हल्के लक्षण दिखे तो क्या करे?

• सबसे पहले बच्चे को भरपूर पानी पिलाए।
• पानी के अलावा नारियल पानी, छाछ, निम्बू पानी पिलाए।
• बच्चे को धूप में बिल्कुल ना जाने दे अन्यथा डिहाइड्रेशन से शुगर लेवल तेजी से नीचे जाएगा।
• बच्चों को भूखे पेट ना सोने दे।
• आसपास सफाई रखे।
• फलो और सब्जियों को अच्छे से धोकर खाए
• अगर आपके इलाके में एन्सेफलाइटिस फैल रहा है तो मास्क का प्रयोग करे।

रोज़ाना इन् बातों का ध्यान रखें

• चूंकि इस बीमारी के फैलने का एक सबसे बड़ा जरिया मच्छर होते हैं तो निम्न बातो का खास ध्यान रखें
• अगर घर मे कूलर है तो उसका पानी बदलते रहे कम से कम सप्ताह में दो बार।
• बच्चो को पूरी बाजू के कपड़े पहनाए इसी प्रकार निक्कर या शॉर्ट्स की जगह फुल पैंट या पजामी पहनाए
• अगर आपकी छत या आँगन में कही भी कोई टायर,डब्बा,फालतू बाल्टी, घड़ा , बोतल जैसा कोई भी बर्तन रखा हो जिसमें पानी इक्कठा होता हो उसे तुरंत हटा दे।
• मच्छर नाशक दवाई एवम वस्तुओं का प्रयोग करें।
• आंगन में कोई छोटा गड्ढा बना हो उसे भर दे।
• नारियल का खोल गड्ढा खोद कर दबा दे।
• टँकीयो और बर्तनों को ढककर रखे।
• घर मे कीटनाशक छिड़कते समय मुँह ढक ले,बच्चो को दूर रखें,खाने का सामान ढक दे।
• मच्छरदानी का प्रयोग करे,मरीज के लिए तो जरूर करें ताकि मच्छर उसको काटकर बीमारी ना फैला सके।
• सरकार भी कीटनाशकों का समय समय पर छिड़काव करती है,सरकारी विभाग का सहयोग करे।
• कोई भी लक्षण दिखने स्वयं से कुछ ना करें, एस्पिरिन,आईब्रूफेन बिल्कुल ना दे।
• डॉक्टर के पास ले जाने तक बुखार के लिए पैरासिटामोल दे सकते है।
• बच्चो के स्कूल प्रशासन से भी ध्यान रखने को कहे।
• अगर आप किसी ऑफिस के हेड है तो आपकी जिम्मेदारी है की इन सब बातों का ध्यान रखे।
• जहाँ पानी भरा हो वहां केरोसिन,मिट्टी का तेल डालें
• नीम की पत्तियां जलाए,
• कीटनाशक का छिड़काव केवल ऊपरी तौर पर नही घर के अंदुरुनी और छुपे हुए हिस्सो में भी करें।
• खिड़की,दरवाजो पर बारीक जाली लगवाए।
• घरेलू एंटीबायोटिक जैसे हल्दी,दालचीनी ,अदरक,तुलसी इनका प्रयोग बढ़ा दे।
• स्वच्छ खाए स्वस्थ रहे।
• इस मौसम में बाहर का खाना, ज्यादा तला हुआ,मसालेदार ना खाएं।
• पूरे मानसून सीजन में पानी उबाल कर पिए।
• इस मौसम में बैक्टीरिया बहुत जल्दी पनपते है इसलिए बासी खाना ना खाएं चाहे वो फ्रिज का ही क्यों ना हो।
• इस मौसम में हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां,ज्यादा ठंडा पानी,रात में दही बिल्कुल ना ले।
• तुलसी,काली मिर्च, अदरक, गिलोय, एलोवेरा, आँवला का प्रयोग करें
• बारिश में भीगने से बचे।
• बेवक्त ना नहाए।
• घर के आसपास की झाड़ियां काटकर साफ कर दे।
• नीम का तेल भी पानी मे मिलाकर स्प्रे कर सकते है
• पानी मे क्लोरीन मिला सकते हैं
• डी डी टी का छिड़काव भी मददगार होता है।
• घर मे तुलसी के पौधे लगाए
• मच्छर ,मक्खी वाले स्थानों पर नीम की पत्तियां जलाए
• पशुओं को रखने वाले स्थान को साफ रखें
• मैडिटेशन करे,केवल शारीरिक नही मानसिक रूप से मजबूत बने।
• बच्चो को हर समय घर मे नही रख सकते इसलिए उन्हें इम्युनिटी बढ़ाने वाले पदार्थ दे।
• रोजाना पूरापरिवार सुबह की शुरुआत तुलसी के पत्ते खाने से करे।
• बाहर से आने पर और साफ सफाई के बाद साबुन और पानी हाथ धोए
• फल और सब्जियों को भली प्रकार धोकर ही उपयोग करे
• खाना अच्छी तरह से पका कर ही खाएं
• खुले में शौच ना करे
• जंक फूड ना खाएं
• बर्फ भी साफ पानी की जमाए
• हल्का सुपाच्य भोजन ले।
• बच्चो को ज्यादा देर गीला ना रहने दे।
• आजकल बाजार में मिलने वाले रोलऑन बच्चो के कपड़ो पर लगाकर बाहर भेजे।
• डस्टबीन में गीला सूखा कचरा अलग रखें, और ढक कर रखे।
• इस मौसम में कभी हल्की ठंड कभी गर्मी लगती है तो एसीका टेम्परेचर सामान्य रखे।
• दूध अच्छी तरह उबाल कर प्रयोग करे
• खीरा ,ककड़ी,छाछ ,लोंग,निम्बू ,पुदीना,मेथी, कपूर ,फिटकरी ,सौंफ का प्रयोग पानी मे करे
• खांसी होने पर भी अपनी मर्जी से कोई दवा ना ले।
• ,फ्रिज का पानी और बासी रखा खाना ना खाए।
• बाजार में मिलने वाले कटे फल,जूस,चाट इत्यादि ना खाएं।
• इस मौसम में शरीर को इम्युनिटी की बहुत जरूरत होती है तो किसी भी प्रकार की क्रैश डायटिंग, ओवर एक्सरसाइज से बचें।
