2. सुबह के नाश्ते के दौरान ध्यान रखें यह बातें

3.खान-पान का ध्यान रखें
बाहर का खान अजैसे फ़ास्ट फ़ूड या जंक फ़ूड ना खाएं। जिस खाने में ज्यादा कैलोरी होती है उस ना खाएं क्योंकि उससे तेजी से वजन बढ़ता है। ज्यादा देशी घी की चीजें। तली हुयी चीजें, तेल की चीजे, अधिक कार्बोहाइड्रेट युक्त चीजों का सेवन ना करें।
4. एक्सरसाइज पर ध्यान दे
